Extremely popular greasy spoon in the centre of Caernarfon. I've eaten here about 3 or 4 times over the years, and I've always enjoyed my fry up. Portions are generous, the price is right and service is quick and friendly. With it being a popular place and limited seating, you should get there early if your planning on having lunch here.

The map and address for this cafe are both different and both wrong. The address appears to be for an old location. Cafe Cei smells a bit funny when you walk in but the cafe is quite bright and cheery. The staff are friendly and service is quite quick. There are plenty of locals visiting this place which is usually a good sign. Prices are very good. Food is warm and freshly cooked although very basic and the ingredients are clearly the cheapest going. If you're looking for Cordon Bleu dining then walk on by. If you're after a cheap fry up then you can do worse.
